Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Senior Commercial & Pricing Analyst to join our team. This role involves reviewing tender documents, developing pricing strategies, and conducting market and financial analysis to support business growth.

About the role:

Pricing / Financial

• Review tender documents to identify client requirements and prepare cost models supporting bid strategies with competitive and profitable pricing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to propose optimal pricing and cost structures to ensure competitiveness.
• Benchmark prices and costs to achieve the best commercial outcomes aligned with company goals.
• Manage revenue, costs, P&L analysis, and cash flow using various financial and pricing models.
• Ensure all costs are accurately reflected in pricing templates and translated into customer proposals.
• Support business units with valuation preparations and pricing approvals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all pricing activities.

Data Analytics

• Conduct post-tender analysis and market sensing prior to tenders.
• Develop and maintain data banks and dashboards to provide insights on competitor benchmarking and bid trends.
• Analyze the commercial impact of pricing tactics and understand contractual terms and conditions.
• Prepare pricing recommendations aligned with growth strategies and best practices.
• Create tailored pricing strategies to target winning prices for opportunities.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial pricing, financial analysis, and price modeling, preferably in facilities management services.
• Problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.
