Job summary

Tutulu LLC is seeking a Senior Price Cost Analyst L3 to support cost analysis for DoD proposals. You will review labor, material, overhead, and profit data for reasonableness using certified cost data and compare prices to market benchmarks.

Responsibilities include ensuring FAR/CAS compliance, using cost estimation tools, and communicating findings to senior DoD stakeholders. A Master’s degree and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 10+ years DoD work with contracts/subcontracts
• ≥4 years in SAP and/or SCI environment recently
• Knowledge of AFFARS/DFARS/CAS
• Strong cost accounting & financial analysis
• Ability to develop cost models & estimating tools
• Proficiency in data analysis & reporting tools
• Ability to prepare regulation-compliant negotiation docs

Responsibilities

• Perform data reviews for completeness, accuracy and FAR/CAS compliance
• Use parametric models and historical data to project cost trends
• Identify risks and gather supporting data from contractors or agencies
• Audit and ensure proposals meet FAR/CAS requirements
• Interact with senior DoD officials and defense contractors to address challenges
