Job summary

Headquartered in Hawaii, Tutulu, LLC is seeking a Senior Price Cost Analyst L3 in Albuquerque, NM to support cost analysis of proposals, verify labor, materials, overhead and profit using certified data, and assess price reasonableness against market rates.

The role requires active TS/SCI eligibility, DoD contracting experience, and strong cost accounting skills. You will work with Contract Officers, use cost models, and ensure compliance with FAR/CAS while coordinating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years DoD work with contracts and subcontract experience.
• 4+ years in SAP/SCI environment within the last five years.
• May consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph.
• In-depth AFFARS/DFARS/CAS knowledge and experience with DCAA/DCMA.
• Strong cost accounting and financial analysis knowledge.
• Ability to build and validate cost models, pricing templates/methodologies, and estimating tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to develop regulation-compliant negotiation documentation and evaluate forward pricing rates, labor structures.
• Attention to detail for audit and compliance work.
• Seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders, including senior DoD officials and defense contractors.

Responsibilities

• Data reviews for completeness, accuracy, and FAR/CAS compliance.
• Use parametric models and historical data to project cost trends.
• Identify cost elements with highest risk and obtain supporting data from contractors/agencies.
• Audit and ensure proposals meet FAR and CAS requirements.
