Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Production Trainer in Morristown, TN. The role focuses on developing operator capabilities in the Press department, providing hands-on training, and upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards across P3, P2, P1, and Setup Technician roles.

You will lead and coach press operators, troubleshoot issues, and participate in continuous improvement projects. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime is required to support production and training

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Press I, Press II and Press III.
• Experience training operators and technicians on press equipment.
• Strong knowledge of press setup, registration, color control, and web handling.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop operators across P3, P2, P1 and Setup Technician roles.
• Demonstrate best practices for safely and efficiently setting up and operating presses.
• Lead press teams and coordinate with maintenance, technical, and management teams.
