Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas in Elk Grove Village, IL seeks a Press Operator for the Night Shift (5:45 PM–6:15 AM), a 12‑hour continental schedule. The role supports press operations, maintains workflow and print quality, and safely operates printing equipment according to procedures.

You will set up and feed cylinder presses, bring materials to press sites, monitor quality, perform routine cleaning, and conduct quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous press operator experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist presses to maintain workflow and print quality.
• Set up, operate, and feed cylinder-type presses.
• Bring materials to press sites and perform setup.
• Clean presses during job changes and monitor quality during runs.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs and safety procedures.
• Report issues to supervisor and participate in maintenance.
