Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with press brake setup and programming.
• Proficient with tooling, tolerances, and precision measurements.
• Able to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure).
• Familiarity with offline programming software (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and 3D models.
• Create and edit machine programs, including multi-hit programs.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and tolerances.
• Adjust machine settings to account for material variations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance.
• Operate shop equipment such as overhead crane, forklift, and hydraulic press.
