Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings to meet precise angle, length, and thickness requirements.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
• Verify that the part meets tolerances, angles, and specifications as outlined in engineering drawings.
• Perform regular checks to ensure parts are free of defects and meet quality standards.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC press brake machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Operate the machine in a timely manner to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Monitor and adjust machine performance to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Report any issues with the machine or materials that could affect production timelines.
