Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Mesa, AZ to operate and program press brakes and allied equipment. You will ensure parts meet specifications through setup, calibration, and quality checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in machine operations, preferably in press brake.
• Technical certification or associate degree in machine operation or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes and other machines per SOPs.
• Set up, program, and calibrate machines for production runs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Monitor machine performance and seek efficiency improvements.
• Perform final quality checks on parts and assemblies.
• Train and mentor junior staff in advanced operation techniques.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections.
