Senior Presentation and Layout Designer - Healthcare Agency - Contract

Role Overview

We seek a senior-level designer with a keen eye for layout, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in creating compelling presentations. You will develop high-stakes materials such as executive decks, pitch presentations, branded templates, and reports that engage and reflect brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own design projects and manage time to meet deadlines.
2. Design, refine, and elevate presentations and documents across platforms (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma Slides).
3. Develop scalable templates, style guides, and branded materials for team use.
4. Prepare and package files for client delivery and market readiness.
5. Ensure timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to specifications.
6. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders about progress and challenges.
7. Provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality outputs.
8. Maintain brand consistency across marketing projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in presentation and layout design, preferably in a creative advertising agency.
• Mastery of presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma Slides).
• Proven ability to create high-value visual assets.
• Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to develop and create visual assets.
• Ability to work independently and seek help when necessary.
• Strong understanding of design principles for web, print, and video, including typography, composition, color, and hierarchy.
• Advanced skills in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Excellent design sense with quick iteration skills.
• Ability to research and develop innovative, relevant design concepts.
• Organized, flexible, helpful, and a self-starter.
• Strong narrative presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
