Senior Presentation and Layout Designer - Healthcare Agency - Contract

Position Overview

Kadiko is seeking a senior-level designer with a keen eye for layout, strategic thinking, and extensive experience in designing impactful presentations. You will create high-stakes materials, including executive decks, pitch presentations, branded templates, and reports that engage audiences and adhere to brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
2. Design, refine, and elevate presentations and documents (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma Slides).
3. Develop scalable templates, style guides, and branded materials for cross-team use.
4. Prepare files for client-facing and market-ready presentations.
5. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
6. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders about progress and challenges.
7. Provide technical input to achieve high-quality outcomes.
8. Maintain brand consistency across marketing projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in presentation and layout design, preferably in a creative advertising agency.
• Mastery of presentation tools: PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Figma Slides.
• Proven ability to create high-value visual assets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive attitude towards developing visual assets.
• Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
• Strong understanding of design principles for web, print, and video, including typography, composition, color, and hierarchy.
• Advanced skills in Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
