Lexus Of Brookfield in Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned Preowned Sales Director to lead our used vehicle team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will hire, train, and motivate staff while aligning digital marketing and sales strategies with dealership goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive used car sales leadership, strong lender relationships, and a proven track record in achieving growth and profitability in a high-end dealership environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Automotive Used Car Sales Director experience in a high-end dealership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience with finance operations and lender relationships
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy

Responsibilities

• Work with and maintain knowledge of digital marketing using Vauto, autotrader.com, craigslist, SRPs, VDPs
• Manage all areas of the used car department including wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing
• Forecast goals and objectives for used vehicle sales, gross and key expenses monthly and annually
• Hire, train and lead all used car sales associates
• Close effectively and work with lenders
• Keep abreast of federal, state, and local regulations
• Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure high standards in vehicle delivery to customers
• Ensure sales representatives follow dealership policies
