Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Premium Elite Plus Senior (Team Lead) to supervise a team of Premium Elite Plus Relationship Managers, drive client experience, and achieve asset consolidation and retention goals. Qualifications

• Experience with advanced trading strategies, options, fixed income and margin.
• Series 7 & 66 required; Series 9 & 10 preferred; if not held MUST be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Minimum two years of investment, trading and brokerage experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and processes to promote service excellence to customers.
• Translate goals into employee metrics and evaluate progress; provide feedback or intervention as needed.
• Provide training, feedback, and guidance to clients or employees to achieve goals.
