Job summary

ITTConnect is seeking a Premium Banking Team Lead (VP) for a direct-hire, full-time position with a large financial institution in Miami, FL. Qualifications

• 8+ years in retail banking or premium/private banking with leadership experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and experience with Latin American clients.
• Strong relationship management and business development skills.
• Knowledge of PWM, AML/KYC, risk management and banking regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/BA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Premium Banking team to achieve portfolio growth and profitability.
• Identify PWM opportunities and increase wallet share through referrals and deepening relationships.
• Drive digital engagement within the Premium Banking portfolio and support digital transformation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and client activity to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure superior client experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and periodic client reviews to ensure adherence to AML/KYC and other guidelines.
• Collaborate with product, treasury, lending and wealth management teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Set performance goals, coach team members, and monitor progress against targets.
