Job summary

Huntington is seeking a dedicated Preferred Banker to manage a portfolio of high-value customers across branches. You will drive sales in deposits, loans, investments, and related services while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 2 years of customer service and sales in banking, financial services or goal driven retailsales with emphasis on investment or lending and sales experience.
• FINRA Licenses (3 of 5) must be active; if fewer than 5, remaining licenses must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred or required for many roles in this field.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through assigned portfolio, appointments, outside calling, Centers of Influence, and referrals.
• Educates and refers customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educates customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking technologies.
• Maintains knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies to provide the best service.
• Demonstrates acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, lending, communication and presentation.
• Adheres to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
