Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Preferred Banker to manage a high-value customer portfolio across branches. You will drive relationships by advising on deposits, lending, investments, and credit products, while using a disciplined sales process and cross-selling opportunities.

You will educate customers on online/mobile banking, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions while complying with policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in customer service and sales in banking or financial services.
• FINRA licenses: Series 6/7, Series 63/66, State Life and Health Insurance, SIE.
• Willing to acquire remaining licenses within 120 days if needed.
• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years in related sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through assigned portfolio, pre-set appointments, outside calling, and referrals.
• Educates customers on bank products, technology, and services to deepen relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of all products, rules and policies to provide excellent service.
• Demonstrates sales, service, and presentation skills while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.
