Job summary

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing a caseload of 35-55 active files, while working collaboratively with attorneys and paralegals. Benefits include 100% employer-paid insurance and 401k options.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a prelitigation caseload independently.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with insurance adjusters.
• Familiarity with ordering and organizing medical records, billing, and imaging.
• Strong writing skills for drafting demands and case documentation.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and personal injury damages.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 35–55 prelitigation files from intake through demand.
• Handle initial case investigation and coordinate client medical treatment.
• Assist clients with ancillary needs such as resolving property damage claims.
• Draft demand packages and communicate with insurance adjusters.
• Maintain accurate case notes, deadlines, and documentation.
