Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking an analytics professional to drive forecasting, pricing, and operational gains through advanced modeling and experiments. You will translate business questions into analytics frameworks, develop predictive models, and communicate insights to stakeholders across functions, while collaborating with AI and data engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in analytics, statistics, economics, or data science or GED with 7–9+ years in analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL or similar analytical tools.
• Experience in AI/ML NLP and emerging ML/DL technologies.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, Caffe.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure ML Cloud Services.

Responsibilities

• Focuses on advanced analytics, experimentation, and decision modeling to guide business strategy.
• Translates complex business questions into analytical frameworks and delivers insights to improve forecasting, pricing, marketing effectiveness, and operations.
• Develops advanced analytics and predictive models to support business decisions.
• Designs and runs experiments and A/B tests with statistical analysis, causal inference, and forecasting.
• Communicates insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• Collaborates with applied AI and data engineering teams to integrate analytics into operational systems.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
