Job summary

PRIME is seeking a Quotations Specialist to lead the preconstruction estimating process under the Chief Estimator. You will independently solicit quotes, evaluate submissions, and drive competitive, accurate project quotations for diverse disciplines.

Based on a live quote log and project documents, you will coordinate with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, compliant bids while maintaining strong vendor relationships and adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Foundational knowledge of structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical documents.
• Familiarity with NEC, local codes and construction methods.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update a live quote log with analysis.
• Solicit quotes and subcontractor responses for multiple disciplines.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specs, bid forms, and addenda.
• Support estimators with vendor coordination based on documents.
• Review quotes for accuracy, inclusions, exclusions and pricing breakouts.
• Identify risks and missing items in quotes and deviations.
