Aldridge Electric is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to join our Utility team for project support in the Chicagoland area. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

The Senior Preconstruction Manager will contribute to project planning, track costs and labor, maintain customer relationships, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and ensure contract compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in construction/preconstruction
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage time, travel as needed
