Aldridge Electric is seeking a Project Manager to join our Utility team for Chicagoland project support. You will work with the project team to deliver quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The role focuses on planning, cost and labor tracking, subcontractor coordination, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Strong scheduling and financial reporting skills are essential, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade background.
• Proficient in scheduling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Willing to travel.
