Loenbro is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the Southeast region's preconstruction efforts from Franklin, TN. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and client relationships to ensure smooth transitions from concept to construction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep industrial construction knowledge, and mastery of project management tools to drive efficiency and profitability across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preconstruction management, preferably in the industrial services sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Lead development and implementation of preconstruction strategies for industrial projects, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Budget Management: Create detailed cost estimates and budgets; monitor preconstruction expenses to maximize efficiency.
• Client Relations: Serve as main client contact during preconstruction, address concerns, provide updates, maintain satisfaction.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop project plans.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; perform regular risk assessments.
• Documentation: Maintain contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports; ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor preconstruction team members; support professional growth.
