Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area. We are a large regional mechanical contractor working on major HVAC/plumbing projects in commercial, medical, and public works sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering required.
• PE License required.
• LEED AP Certification preferred.
• 10+ years of mid- to large-commercial construction experience.
• Experience with Design/Build and Plan-Spec projects.
• Familiar with CA HVAC/Plumbing Codes and ASHRAE/ASPE/OSHPD standards.
• Strong client presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Estimating, and clients at project inception.
• Build and improve client relationships on current and upcoming projects.
• Review projects and estimates; identify value-engineering opportunities early in the lifecycle.
