Synectics Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD seeks an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction across multiple projects. You will guide concept through final pricing, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include mentoring the preconstruction team, overseeing estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk assessment, and delivering clear recommendations to optimize cost and schedule for each project.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture.
• 8–15 years in preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, schedules, estimating, and constructability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to analyze complex project information and provide clear recommendations.
