Responsibilities

• Lead detailed estimates for Lump Sum, CM, and Design-Build projects.
• Develop bid strategies and perform quantity take-offs using PlanSwift.
• Present cost breakdowns to owners, architects and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior estimators and manage preconstruction schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
