Qualifications

• Minimum of Eight (8) Years' previous work experience in Preconstruction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans from Conceptual Drawings to 100% CDs.
• Proficiency in trade-specific scope responsibilities and unit pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects meeting estimating responsibilities & deadlines.
• Assemble detailed estimates providing takeoff & unit pricing.
• Review drawings for missing information and write RFIs.
