Job summary

You will report to the Director of Preconstruction and lead defined scopes, estimates, and bid deliverables, while growing toward full project leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial preconstruction, estimating or related experience.
• Experience with multifamily or complex commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong ability to review drawings and procurement documents for pricing risk.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned scopes from budgeting through GMP development and turnover.
• Perform quantity takeoffs, estimate assumptions and bid coverage.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and lead bid analyses and negotiations.
