Link Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead bid development and cost estimation for commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate across trades, mentor junior staff, and shape early-stage strategy to secure competitive proposals.

The role focuses on delivering high-value estimates in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and internal promotion, based in Doral, FL, onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of preconstruction/estimating with general contractors.
• Experience pricing, estimating, and coordinating all trades for commercial and industrial projects.
• Experience with negotiated, GMP, design-assist, and hard bid delivery methods.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, OST, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for owner/design team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete bid process, trade coverage, and cost estimation across all project phases.
• Coordinate pricing across trade divisions for diverse delivery methods.
• Evaluate project logistics and deliver value engineering to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Represent the company in owner and design team presentations and reviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade partners and subs for competitive bidding.
• Mentor and develop junior estimating staff in preconstruction excellence.
