E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in Texas is seeking a Preconstruction Estimating Manager, Civil Infrastructure to lead quantity takeoffs and bid development for roadway, drainage, and utilities projects. You will work with project teams to ensure accurate, compliant estimates and competitive proposals.

You will oversee HeavyBid-based pricing, manage subcontractor quotes, and mentor junior estimators while advancing SOPs and estimating processes in a primarily office-based role with some field exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• 7+ years of heavy civil estimating experience.
• Public infrastructure estimating background for municipal projects.
• TxDOT familiarity preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze scope and produce complete proposals.

Responsibilities

• Dissect plans, specs, and geotechnical data to define scope, risk, and price.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs for roadways, drainage, utilities, and concrete.
• Develop HeavyBid estimates grounded in historical costs and trends.
• Solicit and level subcontractor quotes and align scopes.
• Ensure DBE, HUB, and EEO compliance in bid packages.
• Mentor junior estimators and improve SOPs.
