Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in estimating construction projects.
• Proven management experience with a history of leading and mentoring others successfully.
• Demonstrates solid communication skills in both presentation and writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating staff and coordinate pre-bid attendance.
• Review and approve bids, specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
