Job summary

ABSI Aerospace & Defense is a veteran-led company providing test and evaluation, training, and logistics support to the DoD and allies. The Precision Strike Subject Matter Expert will train operators and instructors, support exercises, and contribute to system development at MARSOC facilities at Camp Lejeune, NC.

A Top Secret clearance and strong English communication skills are essential. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, be able to obtain required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance required for performance.
• Demonstrated instructor, public-speaking, and briefing capability.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required safety and driver certifications.
• Experience with precision strike systems and relevant operational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for Precision Strike operators, instructors, and evaluators.
• Prepare and present instructional materials and maintain course content.
• Maintain operator/evaluator qualifications on assigned systems.
• Provide SME support to exercises, assessments, and development efforts.
• Support TPS development, training requirements, and documentation.
