Job summary

Threat Tec, LLC seeks a Master Robotics Instructor to support the MARSOC SR Team at Camp Lejeune, NC. You will design, develop, and deliver advanced robotics and precision strike training, focusing on FPV/Drones, GOPPS, and related TTPs for SOF operators.

The role requires ME continuity with safety regs, AARs, and documentation; certification tracks include RSO/LSO and FAA Part 107, with a Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• SOF/Recon selection or SME experience in one of these communities (MARSOC, SF, WARCOM, Marine Recon).
• Minimum 2 years of recent instruction experience for USSOCOM-approved courses (Attack Drone/FPV or Ground Organic program).
• Ability to obtain Camp Lejeune RSO/LSO certifications and maintain a current FAA Part 107 certificate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and deliver POI focused on attack drones/FPV and GOPPS employment.
• Instruct training for MARSOC SR Teams in classroom, simulator, and field environments.
• Design practical scenarios; plan, rehearse, and perform AARs; integrate FPV/GOPPS into unit TTPs.
