Qualifications

• PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field with strong computational focus.
• 3+ years biotech/pharma experience in early drug discovery if PhD; or 5+ years with MS.
• Domain expertise in precision oncology and target ID.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Drive Target Discovery: evaluate molecular evidence for nomination and validation.
• Pilot novel methods for discovery, validation, and early population hypotheses.
• Define internal criteria for target data packages and early patient population strategy.
• Collaborate with biologists, chemists, data scientists, platform and data engineers, translational experts.
• Present data analyses to decision makers to drive program milestones and investments.
