Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, or a related discipline with 2+ years of postdoctoral experience
• Strong expertise in scRNA-seq and multi-omics analysis
• Advanced programming in Python and/or R
• Experience applying ML to biological datasets
• Research experience in immunology or immuno-oncology
• Lead complex computational research projects
• First-author publications or demonstrated industry leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead computational biology projects involving single-cell and multi-omics datasets
• Develop and implement advanced bioinformatics and machine learning approaches
• Analyze transcriptomic datasets to identify meaningful biological insights
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary scientific and technical teams
• Lead research projects with external pharmaceutical and academic collaborators
• Present complex scientific findings through reports and visualizations
• Apply AI technologies, including LLM-based tools, to accelerate workflows
