• Production environment machining/programming experience.
• OKUMA and Mori Seiki control experience.
• Lean process improvement experience.
• Basic understanding of SilencerCo & Zev Technologies product line.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and designers to ensure parts meet design intent.
• Coordinate with production to meet manufacturing goals.
• Machine parts to specified dimensions with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Program parts using CAM software for efficient machining.
• Model parts and troubleshoot designs with CAD software.
• Occasionally operate manual machines as needed.
• Maintain high attention to detail to minimize scrap rates and keep machines in top shape.
• Demonstrate teamwork and continual learning across skills and cross-training.
• Apply strong math and problem-solving skills to manufacturing challenges.
• Stay organized and flexible to manage multiple tasks.
