Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions – Seabrook, NH is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to ensure the quality of precision machined components and assemblies. You will perform first article, in-process, and final inspections using CMMs, surface plates, calipers, and micrometers, interpreting drawings and documentation to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include verifying materials and certificates, maintaining traceability, and supporting ISO 13485/ISO 9000 compliance in a collaborative, on-site

Qualifications

• Proficient with surface plate inspection and shop math.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of GD&T.
• Familiar with QMS processes.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Vision acuity 20/30 or better.

Responsibilities

• Inspect machined parts and hardware using CMMs, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Verify materials and outside testing certificates.
• Review work orders and test data for accuracy.
• Ensure material traceability and conformance to requirements.
• Interpret drawings and specs to verify compliance.
• Use online data systems to verify customer data.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Support ISO 13485/ISO 9000 compliance.
