Job summary

Arch-Medical-Solutions is seeking a Senior Automated Inspection Quality Inspector in Philadelphia to lead PC-DMIS programming and advanced dimensional inspections. You will interpret blueprints, apply GD&T, and ensure traceability per medical-device quality standards. You’ll mentor junior inspectors while supporting root-cause analysis and process improvements.

Strong problem-solving and independent work skills are essential, as well as experience with ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, or GMP requirements.

Qualifications

Advanced GD&T and blueprint interpretation skills required.
Experience programming CMMs with PC-DMIS from CAD models/drawings.
Strong dimensional inspection and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to mentor inspectors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop, validate, and troubleshoot PC-DMIS CMM programs for complex components.
Perform first article, in-process, and final dimensional inspections per GD&T.
Analyze results and support quality improvements in accuracy and throughput.
Maintain inspection documentation and assist medical-device quality requirements.
Serve as senior technical resource and mentor other inspectors.
