Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 4 to perform skilled assembly and inspection of miniature electronic components. You will work under a microscope with precision tools to build and verify complex products, maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience, knowledge of ESD practices, and the ability to train and support teammates while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision electronics assembly or related fields.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect complex products using detailed procedures.
• Perform precision assembly under a microscope with small components.
• Identify defects, document quality findings, and support corrective actions.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections and ensure safety and quality.
• Mentor teammates and support flow of materials and tools.
