The Manufacturing Operator II performs skilled, intermediate-level tasks supporting manufacturing operations within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This position works with miniature electronic components, some smaller than a grain of rice, using microscopic and precision tools. Candidates should be comfortable performing detailed hand assembly and inspection work for extended periods. The role builds upon foundational operator capabilities and requires greater technical proficiency, problem‑solving ability, and ownership of production processes. It helps maintain predictable production output and supports new process development alongside engineering teams.
