Qualifications

• Certified PCI Level II QC personnel with 2+ years in precast or prestressed production.
• Working knowledge of PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and applicable DOT specs.
• ACI strength testing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations, strand certification, tensioning, and transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records; accept/reject products.
• Maintain plant QC records for PCI/DOT programs; supervise Level I inspectors.
• Lead outside owner/agency inspections and ensure proper documentation.
• Assign daily coverage and review inspector records.
