Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years in precast production facility or similar.
• 5+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Architectural precast concrete knowledge required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand, push, pull, kneel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to production team
• Assist in the transformation of the shop floor culture to Continuous Improvement and accountability
• Be instrumental in development and maintenance of precast quality standards and production techniques
