Job summary

JPI in Dallas, TX, seeks a Planning and Production Readiness Lead for our Central Region DfX team. You will drive pre-construction planning, anticipate issues, and refine strategies with the design team to ensure a smooth turnover process.

Responsibilities include developing turnover phasing plans, coordinating with AHJ, subcontractors, and design consultants, identifying risks, and supporting BIM, clash detection, and digital workflow efforts to de-risk projects before construction begins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of multifamily construction experience, with at least 1 year in pre-construction planning/coordination.
• OSHA 30 HR certification.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and project reporting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop turnover phasing plan and support design team in capturing phasing strategy.
• Identify constructability issues during design phase and coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Coordinate with subcontractors during pre-construction to gather input on design decisions.
• Review phasing and schedule alignment prior to operations commitment.
• Collaborate on BIM, clash detection, and model coordination to de-risk projects.
