Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Lenexa, KS seeks a Pre-Analytical Assistant III to join the Tech Ops team. The role operates Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay range of $18.00+ per hour and eligibility for annual bonus.

The position requires at least 3 years in a lab or production setting, a high school diploma, data entry basics, and proficiency with SOPs. You will support specimen processing, troubleshooting, and training within Quest Diagnostics policies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in a laboratory environment or production setting.
• Medical background preferred with clinical terminology.

Responsabilités

• Performs duties of Pre-Analytical Assistant III; meets productivity and quality standards.
• Troubleshoots automated equipment as needed.
• Validates and verifies test orders; documents results.
• Trains employees in Tech Ops functions; provides on-going training.
• Adheres to Quest Diagnostics safety and compliance policies.
• Performs basic problem solving related to special accounts and compliance issues.
