Job summary

Hill Physicians Medical Group is seeking a Senior Practice Support Advisor to act as a primary liaison between Hill Physicians and the provider network across assigned geographies. This role emphasizes building trust with physician offices, driving quality improvement initiatives, and leveraging electronic tools to optimize performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician office operations and healthcare environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to act.
• Strong public speaking and training experience preferred.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities and projects with varying timelines.
• Self-directed but effective in a team setting.
• Exposure to process improvement approaches is a plus.
• Familiarity with clinical and administrative healthcare tech tools.
• Solid medical terminology knowledge; CPT/ICD-10 basics helpful.
• Valid California driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educates network providers on maximizing compensation and performance related to quality improvement incentives and evaluation of documentation and tools.
• Builds relationships with providers and staff; acts as brand ambassador for Hill Physicians.
• Responds to provider needs and triages issues to appropriate departments; tracks resolution to maintain satisfaction.
• Recruits physician participation in Hill offerings and solutions.
• Trains physicians and staff to access and use Provider Portal and related systems to close care gaps.
