Job summary

Piedmont in Georgia is seeking an experienced Practice Operations Administrator to support day-to-day administrative and clinical activities across multiple practices. You will collaborate with leadership to implement programs, supervise staff, and ensure efficient, safe operations that meet patient and physician needs.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is preferred, or a total of six years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; in lieu of degree six years of relevant work experience accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Supports overall day-to-day administrative and clinical activities of a practice. Works with Director of Physician Operations to help implement and oversee operational activities and programs to ensure the attainment of the business plans. Works collaboratively with area director and practice physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of assigned practices including but not limited to the supervision and evaluation of the practice staff. Ensures that each office maintains an effective operating environment, assuring efficient and safe operations of all services in response to patient, physician and staff needs. The scope is medium based on providers, staff and locations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a closely related field
