Responsibilities

• Oversee two physician practice locations with 6–10 providers.
• Lead day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Partner with physicians and management to ensure quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
• Monitor compliance with policies, HIPAA, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Guide performance metrics, budgets, and improvement initiatives.
• Hire, train, and evaluate practice staff; act as a liaison across departments.
