Endeavor Health is seeking a senior Practice Manager II to supervise operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficient medical practice performance and high patient satisfaction. You will lead financial administration, staff development, and strategic planning to support physician‑patient relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, change management, and collaboration with physician leaders to drive improvements in access and outcomes in a large healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or minimum 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in business or a healthcare related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare management experience preferred.
• Financial management, operations management, and EMR experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build alliances, drive results and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MA/PSAs that check‑in and room patients for specialties using the Suites.
• Provide practice management to optimize patient access to Endeavor Health Medical Group services.
• Manage practice operations and address patient/physician/employee issues promptly.
• Leverage technology to improve patient access and customer relationships.
• Meet revenue cycle performance standards and communicate financial results to leadership.
