Job description

Senior Practice Engagement Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure Services

Infosys is seeking a Senior Client Partner for its Cloud and Infrastructure Services practice, with a focused mandate on the Health Care Provider industry vertical. The Senior Client Partner is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned account scope, bringing deep Health Care Provider domain expertise to shape and grow the account across Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cyber Security service lines. The Senior Client Partner works together with their manager (Group Practice Engagement Manager) to build an account plan and is responsible for client management based on the account plan.
About Infosys Cloud and Infrastructure Practice:
The Infosys cloud practice is focused on helping enterprises realize strategic business outcomes from their digital transformation program. Our offerings are carefully constructed based on a keen understanding of today's enterprise needs — including the unique regulatory, operational, and patient-experience demands of Health Care Provider organizations (hospital systems, payer-provider networks, ambulatory and specialty care networks, and academic medical centers). We are well-equipped to provide comprehensive assistance through the cloud journey — from process design, digital roadmap, platform architecture, technology and product selection, implementation, adoption and long-term support — as well as Infrastructure modernization, Digital Workplace transformation, and Cyber Security programs tailored to Health Care Provider environments (HIPAA/HITECH, clinical systems uptime, EHR integration, medical device security, and patient data protection). Regardless of the stage your organization is on in its cloud journey, our service portfolio is designed to assist you.

Role Description
  • Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships within the Health Care Provider account portfolio, build a portfolio up to $50M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
  • Bring and apply domain knowledge of Health Care Provider industry dynamics — value-based care, clinical workflows, EHR/EMR ecosystems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, etc.), interoperability mandates, payer-provider integration, and patient experience — to shape Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cyber Security engagements
  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client, with sensitivity to clinical operations and regulatory constraints unique to Health Care Providers
  • Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.
  • Responsible for NA Business Development in the Health Care Provider space, building GTM strategies/solutions/offerings to drive Cloud, Infrastructure, Digital Workplace, and Cyber Security ecosystem revenue
  • Contribute to different phases from consulting to the sales lifecycle, incorporating Health Care Provider industry-specific use cases and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, CMS interoperability rules)
  • Guide various teams regarding proposal development, building the right pricing construct, advice on internal capability building and collaboration across the Account sales team
  • Advise on opportunities to shape value-adding winning solutions based on the changing Health Care Provider market landscape and evolving customer needs (clinical digital transformation, care-at-home, workforce mobility, ransomware/cyber resilience for clinical environments)
  • Work with internal teams towards building differentiated Health Care Provider industry cloud, infrastructure, digital workplace, and cyber security solutions
  • Participate in strategy building for the practice, with a focus on the Health Care Provider vertical
  • Liaise with analysts and related agencies in positioning of Infosys services within the Health Care Provider industry
