CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to join our marketing team. You will translate our communications strategy into earned coverage, manage our PR agency partner, and advise senior leaders on reputation and messaging.

This is a hands‑on role where you will draft, pitch, and run media outreach while shaping strategy. You will shape media relations for multiple brands, develop integrated PR plans, and lead executive thought leadership opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive experience in public relations or corporate communications, including direct media relations and managing an external agency.
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field or relevant experience.
• Healthcare, staffing, or professional services industry experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Shape media relations strategy across brands and cultivate national outlets and industry outlets, directly and via our PR agency.
• Build and execute integrated PR plans aligned to business goals and marketing strategy for multiple brands with KPI definitions.
• Write and edit press releases, media statements, talking points, fact sheets, and executive messaging; collaborate with content and social teams.
• Manage the PR agency relationship, including performance, scope, and budget recommendations.
• Own editorial calendars across brands and coordinate cross-functional responses to significant issues.
• Lead crisis playbook updates and spokesperson readiness with legal, HR, and executives.
• Track coverage, share of voice, reach, sentiment; present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support executive thought leadership and awards programs through bylines and speaking opportunities.
