Aquent Talent partners with a fast-evolving premium platform to redefine its space in lifestyle and culture. You will own end-to-end PR and communications, guiding narrative, share of voice, and media strategy to position the brand as a leading voice in modern culture.

You will mentor junior talent, build a scalable PR operation, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic coverage across US and UK media.

Qualifications

• Experience across PR agency, in-house PR, and/or journalism with a strong track record.
• Bachelor’s degree in PR, communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• Proven ability to secure tier-one media coverage you pitched.
• Exceptional writing and editing with a published/placed portfolio.
• Experience managing PR agencies or vendors as client or senior contributor.
• AI fluency with modern AI tools for research, drafting, media lists, and coverage analysis.
• Strong relationships with journalists, bookers, or producers in relevant beats.
• Strong project management and operational discipline.
• Familiar with standard PR tools and style guides.
• Comfort leading and developing at least one direct report.
• Experience mentoring junior talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PR and communications strategy with share of voice tracking.
• Build rolling 90-day PR calendar aligned with launches and trends.
• Write and edit communications including press materials and talking points.
• Pitch to journalists, editors, bookers, and influencers; grow a cross-beat network.
• Respond swiftly to inbound media requests with cross-functional data.
• Identify trends and insert brand into the news cycle with timely pitches.
• Develop podcast, interview, and speaking pipelines for executives.
• Identify awards and submit for industry recognition.
• Serve as a spokesperson when needed; participate in interviews.
• Manage external agencies and ensure cross-Atlantic narrative consistency.
• Plan integrated campaigns with creative, social, product, and digital teams.
• Oversee PR operations, budgets, and metrics for leadership reporting.
