Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr PR Manager, Future of Work Communications, to define and own the Future Ready campaign and related programs. You will coordinate across teams to craft end-to-end communications, informed by data and aligned with organizational goals, influencing internal and external audiences globally.

You’ll shape proactive narratives around AI, innovation, and the future of work, partnering with leaders and driving strategic initiatives with measurable impact across channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional communications or public relations experience.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
• Ability to translate complex policy topics into compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute complex communications programs across earned, owned, and paid media.
• Build relationships with media and manage reputational narratives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and define success criteria.
• Identify reputational risks and establish timely response protocols.
• Author high-quality written materials and provide guidance on writing excellence.
